Dean Mohareb, 30, will appear before Stockport Magistrates Court charged with perverting the course of justice and unauthorised access to computer data. Liam Cliff, 18, and Vincent Rossi, 46, have also been charged with perverting the course of justice.

It has been alleged, following an CID investigation, that Mohareb illegally accessed and leaked email data from a colleague's account.

Mohareb has officiated at Championship league football matches, and is also the national referee development manager at the FA.

He was suspended by the FA following his arrest in October 2012 for "computer hacking and the dissemination of private information", the Greater Manchester Police said at the time. Computer equipment was also seized from his house.
