The new colleague's main tasks will be the following:
• Ensure smooth and intense communication with all stakeholders and teams
• Auditing the existing product development process
• Coordinate and harmonize testing results of different applications
• Deal with test project planning, monitoring, tracking and status reporting
• Identifying the testing scope based on established development methodologies
• Create and maintain Test Plan Documentations
• Leading activities of the dedicated test team
• Definition of a Master Test Plan
• Further improving a structured test process and managing the daily operation of the team:
Test Planning, Test Specification, Test Execution, Test Reporting, Checking for Test Completion
• Provide professional support to the colleagues in their daily work
Requirements
• Mastering software testing related processes and methodologies
• Experience with software testing tools included Load, Performance, Test Management tools
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of software development processes, methodologies
• Experience in using virtual test environment
• Customer and service oriented thinking, diplomatic behaviour
• Ability to lead people
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of English both in spoken and written
• Willingness to travel
• To prove certificate of good conduct (erkölcsi bizonyítvány)
Nice to have
• German knowledge
• Deep knowledge of ISTQB
• Knowledge of Borland SilkCentral
