[b]Main tasks:[/b] Support of switch configurations issues Maintain ISE Policy as well as augment as needed throughout the pilot; Work in partnership to develop internal processes; Identify supplicant issues determined through “Open” logging period and engage appropriate support teams to address Support of the ISE pilot including Infrastructure and client; L3-L4 escalation point for ISE supplicant authentication troubleshooting support (when client/mobility L2 level teams have exhausted their efforts to determine the issue).; Provide support during normal working hours for region that resource is located, plus participate in an on-call support rotation as needed for after hours and weekends.
